However, if you are working in an office, then perhaps consider getting a membership to a gym nearby which will allow you to allocate time after or before work.

This will invariably lead to a host of bodily ailments such as back pain due to incorrect sitting arrangement, poor eyesight or joint pain (such as wrist pain) if your desk is not favorable to type for long hours.

You may deem such an investment as frivolous since you’re at the beginning of what may be a long arduous journey. But we know it is completely worth it.
